OUR APPROACH

Connected Challenges Need Connected Solutions

Women and girls do not experience life one challenge at a time. Health influences education. Safety affects confidence and participation. Economic opportunity shapes wellbeing. Leadership opens new possibilities. Strong communities and responsive systems make lasting change possible.

At Inspire Her, we listen first, understand the wider picture, and design practical solutions that respond to the realities women and girls face every day.

2
WHY A CONNECTED APPROACH MATTERS
Many development challenges are addressed one issue at a time. But women and girls often face several interconnected barriers. Real change happens when we understand the whole picture.

WHAT WE HAVE LEARNED FROM THE FIELD
Listening to women and girls shapes everything we do.

Women's health is bigger than menstrual health.

Girls raised questions about SRH, HIV, contraception, pregnancy prevention, STIs, relationships, mental health, PCOS, endometriosis and more.

Economic opportunity requires more than skills.

Women need access to finance, financial literacy, digital skills, markets, leadership and support to grow and mentor others.

Safety depends on functioning systems.

Communities spoke about barriers in health, legal services, referral systems, stigma, costs and institutional response.

Let’s Build Better Systems Together

No single organization creates lasting change alone. We work alongside governments, foundations, universities, businesses, community organizations, researchers, and volunteers to develop practical solutions that improve the lives of women and girls while strengthening the systems that support them.
